Refund Policy

Premium access and diet plan packages are digital services. Refund requests should be submitted through Tayibat support with the payment reference and account email.

If a payment is completed but access is not activated because of a payment callback or technical issue, Tayibat will manually activate the purchased access after verification.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether the purchased access was activated or used. Payment provider processing times and fees may apply.
